A 50% deposit is due upon booking your event to secure your date & time.  The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event start date.  Please refer to your contract for more information.


All quotes include a base hourly rate charged per staff, any rental's, equipment, services, add-ons, bar packages, and service fees.   For bartending services ONLY, a 20% gratuity fee will be charged if a tip jar is not allowed.   A Travel Fee may be included If the event is outside of normal city limits per market.  An itemized invoice will be sent to all clients in addition to the contract. 


If you need to cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event and services provided. Please refer to your contract for more information.


Yes, we offer live streaming services to help you reach a wider audience. Our team can provide high-quality video and audio streaming for your event.


We offer a variety of staging options including indoor and outdoor stages, runway stages, and modular stages. Our team can also provide custom staging solutions to meet your specific needs.
